ONLINE ORDER
 

As a result of placing an order, the customer declares to have read and accepted these conditions. These conditions will prevail over any other general contract condition whose application is invoked in relation to one or more contracts.
The customer can consult these conditions on the website www.sidip.com
The data of each order will be saved by Sidip World Srl Superstore in its databases. However, the customer cannot, for security reasons, have free access to such data.
Each customer is guaranteed restricted access with a username and password.
In this reserved area it is possible, by entering your credentials, to access the orders present and those just sent, as well as update and save your contact details, it is forbidden to make your credentials available to third parties.
By clicking on "PROCEED TO PAYMENT", the customer will formulate an irrevocable contractual proposal to Sidip World Srl, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1326 and 1329 of the Italian Civil Code, concerning the items contained in the cart ("Order cart"). Once the order is placed by the customer, Sidip World Srl confirms the receipt of the order.
With the receipt by the customer of the confirmation of receipt of the order sent by Sidip World Srl or, in the absence of such confirmation, with the delivery of the items covered by the order, a binding contract must be considered stipulated between Sidip World Srl and the customer.

PAYMENT

After submitting the order, the customer will pay the full price of the item ordered. Sidip World Srl reserves itself the right to deliver the items purchased only after having received the payment of their full price. The payment structures accepted by Sidip World Srl are the following: credit card (Visa, MasterCard), "Paypal" system, prepaid card (eg. "Postepay") and advance bank transfer.
Sidip World Srl reserves itself the right to refuse or not to execute orders whose delivery must take place outside the Italian territory, or in the municipalities of Livigno or Campione d’Italia or in islands other than Sardinia and Sicily.
If the item is marked as "available", Sidip World Srl will ship the item as soon as possible or, in the case of advance payment by bank transfer, within 10 (ten) working days following the confirmation of receipt of the order.

WARRANTY AND CLAIM MANAGEMENT

The legal regulations in force on the subject apply to purchases made.
In the event that the request for a complaint concerns the guarantee of an article, Sidip World Srl undertakes to promptly contact the manufacturer. For this reason it will be possible that the response time to the customer is delayed; in any case, after 6 (six) working days, the customer is asked to request a reply by e-mail.
